Organizing Committies
The Dhaka South Asian Games Organizing Committee (DSAGOC) for the 11th SA Games 2010 was established on September 30, 2009.

Honorable Prime Minister, Peoples Republic of Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina is the Chief Patron and Honorable Finance Minister, Peoples Republic of Bangladesh Mr. Abul Maal Abdul Muhith, MP, is the President of the 11th Organizing Committee of the 11th SA Games Dhaka 2010.

The Committee’s consent is to the organization and staging of the 11th South Asian Games Dhaka.

The 11th SA Games Dhaka 2010 mission is to touch the soul of the nation and enhance the event’s reputation in global respect by creating and delivering an extraordinary games experience with lasting legacies. The vision is to build a stronger South Asia regional relationship whose spirit is raised by its passion for sport, culture and sustainability.

DSAGOC currently consists of 20 sub-committees -- responsible for numerous Games functions ranging from venue planning to environmental management.
